

Another time consuming project, I just can't resist trying my hands on this beautiful and adorable mini cupcakes! Recipe adapted from Bakerella. This batch are brown and pink! I used Betty Crockers Choc Fudge Cake Mix, homemade Cream cheese frosting and Candy melts. BUT I had problems with the candy melt, it did not melt completely, I tried microwaving and double boiling... wonder what is wrong?? The mixture was not runny, it was still quite thick, making it hard to dip.......... in the end, I had to use toothpick to fill up the gaps..... :p
